Pinvero: Vibe Responsibly Standards

Pinvero is a live community utility. To keep the city’s pulse positive, accurate, and safe for all ages, every member agrees to the following standards:

0. THE GOLDEN RULE: SAFETY FIRST

If you witness an emergency, a crime, a fire, or any immediate threat to life or property, DO NOT report it through the app first. EXIT THE APP AND CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. * Pinvero is a social discovery tool, not an emergency service. Your first responsibility is to your safety and the safety of your neighbors.

1. The "Positive Pulse" Mandate

Pinvero is for discovery, not grievances.

  • DO: Post about great music, fresh inventory, or a beautiful sunset.

  • DON'T: Use pins to complain about service or prices. If the vibe isn't right, just don't pin it. Keep the Pulses for the highlights.

2. The PG-13 "Fortress" Filter

All custom titles are screened by the Pinvero Guard (AI Moderation).

  • Strictly Prohibited: Profanity, graphic descriptions, sexual innuendo, or aggressive language.

  • No Hostility: Any pin used to target, bully, or "call out" an individual or business will be removed immediately.

3. The "Boots on the Ground" Rule

A Pulse must be Live and Local.

  • Proximity: You must be physically at a location to drop a pin.

  • No "Shadow Pinning": Do not post about events that happened yesterday. This keeps the map a "Source of Truth" for right now.

4. Residential & Event Etiquette

  • Respect the Neighbors: Residential pins (Yard Sales/Moving Sales) must be removed by the creator once the event is over.

  • Accuracy: Ensure "Market Fairs" and "Trunk Shows" have accurate start/end times.

5. Human-to-Human Accountability

  • The "Report" Feature: If you see a pin that is "Irresponsible" (Graphic, Negative, or Fake), report it.

  • Illegal Activity: Reporting illegal activity through the app should only be done after you have notified the proper authorities (911).

6. The "Three-Strike" Vibe Policy

  1. Warning: Your pin is removed, and you receive a "Vibe Nudge."

  2. Suspension: You lose the ability to Create Pins for 1 week.

  3. Banned: Permanent removal from the Pinvero Map.
