PRIVACY POLICY: PINVERO (WEB APP)

To provide the interactive map, verify Creator presence, and maintain our gamified ecosystem, we collect the following:

Account Information: Name and Email for profile management and essential communications.
Identity Verification: * Date of Birth: Collected to ensure age-appropriate features and comply with 2026 minor protection laws.
- Phone Number: Used for two-factor authentication (2FA) and to verify Creator identity.
Precise Geolocation Data: We collect GPS coordinates via your browser (within a 1,750-foot radius) to power the PIN System, verify check-ins, and award XP.
Interaction & Gamification Data: Records of PIN engagement, "Saves," "Check-ins," and XP/leveling progress.
Technical Data: We collect IP addresses and use LocalStorage/Cookies to maintain your session and prevent GPS spoofing or "farming."

Data Privacy: Pinvero LLC does not sell your personal information, phone number, or precise geolocation data to third parties.
No Third-Party Brokers: We do not share your data with data brokers or third-party advertisers.
Business Transfers: Data is only transferred in the event of a total company sale or merger, at which point it remains protected by the terms of this policy.

We categorize our data processing into three functional areas:

Identity: We use your Phone Number and DOB to ensure you meet the 18+ requirement for placing PINs.
Proof of Presence: Geolocation confirms that Creators are physically present at their PIN locations during prescribed times.
System Integrity: We process geolocation timestamps to detect automated scripts and protect the integrity of the XP-based leveling system.

We use De-identification to help local Creators understand their community impact without compromising your identity:

Age Grouping: We categorize users into demographic clusters (e.g., 25–30, 31–40). Individual ages are never shared.
Heatmaps: Location pings are aggregated and "blurred" to show high-traffic zones without identifying specific home or office addresses.
Threshold Protection: We do not show demographic analytics to Creators until a minimum threshold of unique users has interacted with their Pin to prevent re-identification.

We process precise geolocation only with your Affirmative Express Consent (Opt-in). You may revoke this at any time in your browser settings.

In alignment with the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), we apply "Privacy by Design" for users under the age of 18:

Restricted Visibility: Minor accounts have restricted geolocation visibility and default high-privacy settings.
No Analytics: Data from users under 18 is excluded from all Creator-facing analytics dashboards.
Heightened Security: Information belonging to minors is treated as "Sensitive Personal Information" subject to limited retention.
Creator Restrictions: Users under 18 may use the Web App under guardian guidance but are strictly prohibited from creating or placing public PINs.

Access & Deletion: You have the right to access your data or request permanent account deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") at any time through your Profile Settings.
Correction: You may correct inaccuracies in your account information, including phone numbers or identity details.
GPC Signals: Our Web App automatically honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser to opt you out of non-essential data processing.

Data Retention: Interaction data is generally retained for the duration of a Creator's active subscription, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
