Pinvero Creator Purchase & Service Agreement

The Deal: You are purchasing a digital license for a "Pin" or a subscription to boost your presence; these have no cash value and are non-refundable.
The Rules: You agree to keep your content accurate, legal, and "Vibe Responsibly" compliant—we’ll remove anything harmful immediately.
The Safety Net: While we don't guarantee specific "clicks," we do guarantee our platform's uptime and will credit your account if a technical error ever eats your Pin.

Before completing your purchase, please review and acknowledge the following terms. These terms govern your use of the Pinvero platform, the purchase of digital "Pins," and any recurring subscription services.
Relationship to Other Agreements: This Purchase & Service Agreement is intended to supplement, not supersede, the [Pinvero Terms of Service], [Privacy Policy], and [Vibe Responsibly] guidelines. In the event of a direct conflict between these terms and the general Terms of Service, this Purchase Agreement shall govern matters specifically related to financial transactions and Pin placements.

1. Nature of Purchase: Digital Assets & Services

Pins: You are purchasing a digital license to place a "Pin" on the Pinvero map. This Pin is a digital asset and holds no cash value outside the platform.
Subscriptions: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Accuracy: You agree that all information attached to your Pin (links, images, descriptions) is accurate and not misleading.
Prohibited Content: Pins containing adult content, illegal services, hate speech, or copyrighted material you do not own will be removed immediately without a refund.
Visibility: While Pinvero guarantees the placement of your Pin, we do not guarantee specific user engagement levels, "clicks," or "check-ins."

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the services, all sales of individual Pins and subscription credits are final and non-refundable.
Technical Issues: If a technical error prevents a Pin from appearing, Pinvero will credit your account with a replacement Pin or extension of service.

Creator Access: You will have access to the analytics of your specific Pins as long as your account is in good standing.
Data Ownership: Pinvero LLC retains the right to use aggregated, non-identifying data from Pin interactions for platform optimization and marketing.

Pinvero LLC strives for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, server updates, or third-party outages (e.g., Google Maps API).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinvero LLC and its owner, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or the performance of your Pins.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinvero LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the content you post or your violation of these terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal actions must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
